Orders that are dispatched cannot be cancelled.
We do not offer a return policy. However, if you have not unpacked the item/s and want to return them, you can email us at wecare@pahadiamrut.com. Note: To and fro delivery cost will be deducted on actual basis at the time of return.
For Prepaid Orders, refunds will be processed as bank refunds. The refund is initiated within 3 business days of receiving the return parcel. Post initiation, the amount credited to the customer’s account might take up to 10 business days.
Store Credits and Bank refunds information will be shared with you over email.
Cancellation requests are accepted before the product is shipped but not for food products or bakery products.

In the event that you receive a product damaged during delivery, please inform our team within 7 days of delivery by sending a message through our contact form or via email to wecare@pahadiamrut.com. Upon notification, we will refund the amount or initiate a new product delivery, depending on your preference. Please note that Pahadi Amrut will not be responsible for any claims of product damage after 7 days from the date of delivery.
